行き詰まった世界の解決策は存在する！その４。
どうも匂います。
「３月末にトランプがFRBの国有化に成功した」という裏情報、マスコミは伝えていませんが、実は私は本当だと聞いています。
そういう目で見ると、確かに最近、彼が打ち出す経済政策はぶっ飛んでいるんですよね。破格の大盤振る舞いなのです。どんどん支出を膨らませている。国債で！
経済誌Forbesの記事によりますと、
「米大統領選の民主党候補指名争いから先日撤退したバーニー・サンダース上院議員は、「民主社会主義」を自称する政策を公約としていた。サンダースが掲げる理想を実現するには、数兆ドル（数百兆円）の税金が必要になるはずだった。・・・ 米議会は、サンダースの社会主義政策を超える景気刺激策を、共和・民主両党の圧倒的な支持の下で可決した。同政策は前例がない規模の法人・個人向け社会主義的政策であり、2020年最大の皮肉だ。・・・ この事業・経済・個人向けの救済措置「コロナウイルス支援・救済・経済保障（CARES）法はサンダースの公約と直接合致しているわけではないが、想像し難いほどの巨額が人や企業に給付されるという点では気味の悪いほど似通っている。・・・資本主義者を自認する米大統領が、現代米国史上最大の社会主義政策を推し進めるなど、2020年になるまでなかったことだ。」
「その施策のなかで最も注目されているのが、前述の返済不要のローンで、500人以下の中小企業事業者を対象に、総額で35兆円の枠をとったダイナミックなものだ。一定の条件を満たせば、債務放棄になる。政府が雇用を守るためにつくったローンだ。」
つまり、トランプが資本主義のアメリカ、それも共和党の大統領としてはあり得ないほど社会主義的な、つまり”大きな政府””人々の面倒をよく見る政府”的な政策を採ったということなんですね。しかも、債務放棄にまで踏みこんだ。まだ一部の分野とはいえ、債務免除、借金の帳消しです。
そして、今日の日経電子版の記事を見ると、こんなことを伝えています。
「日銀は新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大による経済の急速な悪化を受け、27日の金融政策決定会合で追加の金融緩和策を打ち出す最終調整に入った。国債の購入額は現在年80兆円としているめどを撤廃し、必要な量を制限なく買えるようにする方向で議論する。」
「米連邦準備理事会（FRB）もすでに国債について「必要な量」を購入する方針に転じている。日銀はこうした他の中銀の動きをにらみつつ、包括的な緩和策に新たに取り組むことで、財政支出を拡充する政府との協調姿勢を鮮明にする。」
つまり、裏側から読めば、トランプは国有化されたFRBを使って、即ち合衆国政府に発行権が戻った政府紙幣を使って無制限のお金の印刷に乗り出した、国民や企業を救う救済策を打ち出したのでは、という感じなのです。さらには、債務免除まで始めたという。
ふうむ。。
翻って、日本の日銀までもが、それに追随する形で無制限の国債購入に踏み切ったという。これは、私が解決策その２でお伝えしたMMTですよね、実質的に。政府が国債を発行して、日銀がそれを買い、お金をジャンジャン政府に渡すという。日銀が政府に従っています。財務省も黙ってる？
MMT理論に対しては、「そんなにお金を市中に出したらインフレになる」という批判が多いのですが、インフレは生産されるものと市中にあるお金のバランスが悪いときに起こるんですね。つまり、ものが少ないのにお金だけ溢れたら、当然値段は上がるでしょ。ですから、ものの生産とのお金の供給のバランスを取りながら進めれば良いのです。ものもどんどん作ればいい。
トランプさん、こういうことができるということは、ほぼ光の側の勝利が確定したのかもしれません。先日、光の銀河連合が私のセッションに出てきた時、彼らはトランプさんを応援していると言ってましたね。トランプさんは光の側です。
この状況は、FRBを筆頭にこれまで各国の中央銀行を使ってきたあちら側の支配の力が弱まっている、それが見えているのかもしれません。
彼らの力が急速に弱まっていることは、私はアシュターからも聞いています。「トップはもう敗北がわかっているが、それが下にまで伝わっていないので、下はこれまで通りに続けようとしている状況だ」と。
これで日本も、真に国民のために救済策を本格的に打ち出していく、新しい社会を作っていこうという前向きな流れになれば良いのですが。
でも、それまで私たちはただじっと待っていますか？
違いますよね。自分たちの力でその現実を造り出すためには、日本人の集合意識の目覚めが必要です。
そのためには、まずお伝えしてきたように、その１で真実を知る。現状を知る。まだ目覚めていない人々にも知らせる。
そして、その現実にノーを突きつける。その２で、債務免除と資金供給を要求する。
みんなの力で。
できます。
それぞれの地元に、私たちの代弁者となる議員という人々がいるでしょ。市会議員、県会議員、国会議員、自民党員、それに首長という立ち場の区長、市長、県知事、首相。
全員、国民のために働く人々です。
その人たちに、要望を伝えていますか？
それをやらなければ、先へ進みませんから。
誰も、外から、空からやってきて助けてはくれません。スーパーマンは降りてこない。
これまで、私は祝祭セッションを通じて、創造主から教えてもらってきました。
この移行期がどのように進むのか。創造主のメイクドラマで何度も見せてもらってきました。
アセンションに向けて社会を造り変えていくのは、草の根運動なのです。市民からなのです。市民が、国民が、下から突き上げて政府を動かしていったのです。民主的な革命の如くに。
そういう流れを、じっちゃんは未来図として、私に何度も見せてきて下さいました。

追伸： 上の記事を書いた後、このようなメモをネットで見つけました。やっぱりね。(^^ ) ただ、FRBを米国財務省が法的に国有化したということではなくて、実質的に指揮下に置く、つまり財務省の施策を行う道具としての位置に置くことに成功したということのようです。市場に対する支配権を取り戻したんですね。
